Dr. Arvind Kumar G

Dr. Arvind Kumar G is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, since January 2016. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from VTU (2022), M.Tech in Digital Communication from MSRIT (2006), and B.E. in Telecommunication Engineering from Basavakalyan Engineering College (2004). With over 18 years of academic experience, he has taught subjects including Wireless Networks & Protocols, Network Security, Data Structures, and Agriculture Technology. Dr. Kumar's research interests span hydroponics, IoT applications in agriculture, machine learning methodologies for plant health monitoring, image processing, and cybersecurity. He has published 22 papers in Scopus-indexed international journals and conferences, with several Q2 and Q3 ranked venues. His work focuses on innovative applications of AI and IoT in precision agriculture and advanced signal processing techniques.
