Bio
Dr. Arka Bhattacharyya is an Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. He specializes in antenna engineering, RF and microwave engineering, with expertise in miniaturized antennas, circular polarization designs, and characteristic mode analysis. His research focuses on wideband gain-enhanced antennas, higher-order mode resonance, and RF passive/active devices on low-cost substrates. Dr. Bhattacharyya holds a Ph.D from Jadavpur University, Kolkata (2022) and has over three years of professional experience. He previously served as Assistant Professor at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Guntur, and held RF design and testing roles at AAVRTTI Technologies and Kratos (Japan). He was awarded CSIR SRF (2017–2020) and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
