Dr. Mohana Kumar S

Dr. Mohana Kumar S is an Associate Professor. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering (2018, Visvesvaraya Technological University) and an M.Tech in Networking and Internet Engineering (2007, Jawaharlal Nehru National College). His expertise spans computer science, protocol engineering, and communication networks. He has guided over 40 B.E. projects, 5 MCA projects, and 15 M.Tech projects, and has contributed significantly to academics through roles as PG Coordinator, NBA Chapter Coordinator, and BOS/BOE member. Dr. Mohana Kumar S is a senior researcher with expertise in WDM networking and optical routing algorithms. He serves as an executive committee member of IETE (Bangalore chapter) and maintains professional memberships in IEEE, IE(India), IAENG, and IETE. He has received consultancy assignments totaling two lakh rupees and submitted research proposals to Naval Research Board (DRDO) and VGST. His research interests include routing algorithms, cloud computing, privacy preservation, and machine learning applications.
