Mrs. Lakshmi H S

Mrs. Lakshmi H S is an Assistant Professor at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, with expertise in structural engineering and composite materials. She holds a B.E in Civil Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (2012), M.Tech in Structural Engineering from Reva Institute of Technology and Management (2014), and is pursuing a PhD in composite mortar and concrete materials under Dr. Anil Kumar R at MSRIT. She has served as Lecturer at Acharya Institutes and Sambram Institute of Technology, and as Assistant Professor at Sri Pillappa College of Engineering for four years. Her research interests include jute fibre-reinforced cement mortar, self-compacting concrete with sustainable aggregates, structural health monitoring, and damage diagnosis in buildings. She is proficient in AUTOCAD, REVIT ARCHITECT, STAADPro, and MS Office. She serves as Department UG/PG NBA coordinator, NIRF coordinator from 2023, website coordinator, and Deputy Quality Manager for NABL accreditation. She is an active member of MISTE, AMIE, IAENG, and Kannada Sahitya Parishattu.
